9120 Method of Election


The board of education of the Moffat county School District RE-1 shall consist of seven (7) members which are to be elected by the qualified registered electors of the school district on the regular general election of each odd numbered year.

Three (3) members of the board of education shall be selected from their respective director district numbered 2, 4, and 6 in May of 1961 and in each succeeding four (4) year period thereafter. Four (4) members of the board of education shall be selected from their respective director districts numbered 1, 3, 5, and 7 in May of 1963 and in each succeeding four (4) year period thereafter.
